3 Account Security and Password

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
Bonuses are never directly withdrawable — no winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse, any strategy or bonus-hunting behaviour is detected, the right to cancel the bonus is reserved.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
Weekly reload bonuses, Friday special offers, slots benefits, birthday rewards and referral bonuses — each offer has its own rules and wagering requirements. It is important to read the specific terms of each offer before accepting it.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. The wagering on an existing bonus must be completed before taking a new bonus, otherwise the previous bonus may be cancelled.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
tk 1971's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each level.
Weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.
A member can move up to a higher level based on the volume and consistency of their play. tk 1971 reserves the right to change VIP level benefits and terms at any time — notice will be attempted before any change.
7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk 1971, and if detected, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Placing bets using any software, bot or automated method
- Using another person's account or payment method without permission
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
- Collusion or conspiring with other players
- Misconduct towards the support team or other users
In cases of suspicious behaviour, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Withdrawal processing may be delayed during the investigation.
8 Responsible Gaming Obligations
